1. Introduction

Welcome to Paysasa ("paysasa.com"). Paysasa is the marketing, educational, and onboarding hub for Airsoko Pay — the payment, wallet, and Safe Trade escrow system operated as part of the Airsoko ecosystem. By using paysasa.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Relationship with Airsoko

Paysasa is not a standalone payment engine. All transactions, escrow, and wallet services are provided by Airsoko Pay and governed by Airsoko. By using Paysasa, you also agree to the Airsoko Terms of Service.

3. Airsoko Pay & Universal Wallet

Every user who creates an account on Airsoko — whether as a customer, seller, or partner — automatically receives a universal wallet powered by Airsoko Pay. Users may also register through Paysasa.com. The wallet is used for purchases, sales, commissions, top-ups, and withdrawals across the Airsoko ecosystem.

4. Safe Trade Escrow

All transactions processed through Airsoko Pay are secured by Safe Trade escrow. Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Every checkout is protected to ensure trust for both buyers and sellers.

5. Payments & Security

Airsoko Pay handles all payment processing, including top-ups, withdrawals, and transfers. Paysasa does not independently process payments. All financial operations are subject to Airsoko's security protocols and compliance requirements.

6. Accounts & Registration

Users may register for Airsoko Pay through Airsoko.com or Paysasa.com. Account creation on any Airsoko platform (marketplace, seller dashboard, partner dashboard) automatically provisions an Airsoko Pay wallet. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

7. Content & Conduct

All content on Paysasa.com is for informational and educational purposes. Usage of Airsoko Pay must comply with Airsoko's Acceptable Use Policy. Airsoko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paysasa informational services are provided "as is". Airsoko is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Paysasa.com, except as required by applicable law. Payment and wallet services are governed by Airsoko's terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Airsoko may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Paysasa.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
