Buyer protection
Paysasa holds checkout funds until delivery terms are met, so buyers and sellers share one clear record.
1
The buyer pays through Paysasa checkout. Funds stay held until the order terms are met.
2
The seller ships or delivers. Both sides can see the payment status in one place.
3
When the buyer confirms, the seller is paid. If something is wrong, open a dispute before release.
Open the payment from your Paysasa activity and choose dispute while the funds are still held.
Share the order reference and what was missing or damaged. Paysasa pauses release while the case is reviewed.
Resolved cases release the payment to the seller or return it to the buyer.
