Go to the sign-up page, enter your name, phone number and email, and verify with a one-time code. Add your ID to unlock higher limits.
Create a payment link or a checkout session from your dashboard. Customers get an M-Pesa prompt on their phone and you see the payment instantly. Developers can use the Checkout API.
The buyer pays into a protected balance. The seller delivers, the buyer approves, and funds are released. If there is a problem, either side can open a dispute. See the Escrow page.
Mobile-money payments usually post within a minute. If yours has not, check the transaction reference in your statement and contact support with the M-Pesa or Airtel message.
