Logistics is where many online businesses struggle. Storing stock, packing orders, booking couriers and processing returns can take more time than selling. Airsoko Fulfillment Services (AFS) is our answer: store your products with us and let us handle the rest.
AFS is our fulfilment service. You store products with us, and we handle storage, packaging and nationwide delivery. Some of our policy pages call the same model Airsoko FBA (Fulfilment by Airsoko).
What AFS does

We sum up the service in four parts:
- We store. Your inventory sits in our fulfilment centres: secure, monitored warehouses with an inventory tracking dashboard.
- We pick and pack. When a customer orders, we pick and pack the item.
- We deliver. We handle last-mile delivery.
- We handle returns. We take care of returns, refunds and customer support for AFS orders.
How the process works
- Send inventory. Ship or drop off products at our fulfilment centre in Nairobi or Eldoret, or arrange pickup through the seller dashboard.
- Stored safely. Inventory is stored with real-time tracking.
- Pick, pack and ship. When an order comes in, we process and deliver it.
- Returns and support. We handle returns and customer queries for these orders.
Delivery speed
We offer same-day delivery in Nairobi and delivery to other locations within a few business days, and orders placed before 12 PM are packed and dispatched the same day. Our Seller SLA also sets out processing and delivery standards for Airsoko-fulfilled orders. Check the AFS page and the SLA for current commitments.
How AFS pricing is structured
Our pricing is "pay only when you sell", with no monthly fees. The structure is: storage per day, pick and pack per order, and delivery by location, with no sign-up fees or monthly minimums.
Under our Seller SLA, storage, handling and other AFS fees are itemised in your payout deductions. For actual rates, check the AFS page and your seller dashboard.
Protection for your stock
- Insurance. Stored inventory is insured and, if an item is damaged in our care, you receive compensation based on your listed product value.
- Risk transfer. Under our SLA, risk for products shifts to us when the item is received at an AFS centre or collected by an Airsoko logistics partner.
Rules to know
- Packaging. Items must meet our Packaging Guidelines to be accepted at our fulfilment centres.
- Dead stock. Our SLA defines inventory unsold for 180 consecutive days as dead stock. We notify sellers in advance; if no action is taken, we may delist, return or charge long-term storage, and may dispose of stock after a longer period of non-movement.
- Quality assurance. Our Sanction Policy sets a QA period and per-order QA charge for merchants who ship incomplete or wrong items from AFS locations.
AFS and self-shipping together

You do not have to choose one model for everything. You can use AFS and self-shipping at the same time, and many of our sellers use AFS for best sellers and self-ship the rest. In the seller dashboard, each product's Fulfillment & storage setting controls whether it is self-shipped or fulfilled by AFS.
Who AFS suits
- Small businesses without warehouse space.
- Growing brands that want to focus on product and marketing.
- Cross-border sellers selling to customers in Kenya.
- Enterprise sellers needing high-volume fulfilment.
There is no minimum inventory requirement.
Getting started
Log in to the seller dashboard, go to Fulfillment and select Join AFS. Then create an inbound shipment, pack your stock to the guidelines and send or drop it off.
Questions to ask before using AFS
- Which products sell steadily enough to justify storage costs?
- How much stock should I send so I do not run out or end up with dead stock?
- Are my products packed to the guidelines and labelled clearly?
- How will I monitor stock levels and plan the next inbound shipment?
- What is my total cost per order once storage, pick and pack, and delivery are included?
Answering these upfront helps you use AFS where it adds the most value.
Logistics as a service
AFS turns logistics into a service. We store your stock, pick and pack orders, deliver them and handle returns, while you focus on products, pricing and marketing. Pricing is based on storage, pick and pack, and delivery, and you can combine AFS with self-shipping.
