What you can find
We built On-Demand Services as a place to find skilled professionals for any task, such as cleaning, plumbing and repair, moving and delivery, tutoring, and beauty and wellness. Filters include categories such as:
- Home services
- Design and creative
- Education
- Photography
- IT and programming
- Beauty and wellness
- Cleaning
- Fitness
Three types of service
You can filter by service type:
- Bookable services you can book directly.
- Contact only services where you reach out to the provider first.
- Digital services delivered online.
Each service card shows the type, category, title, a short description, the location and a starting price, such as "From KES ...".
For customers
- Go to Services.
- Search or filter by service type and category.
- Sort by most recent, price or popularity.
- Open a service to see details and the provider.
- Book it if bookable, or contact the provider.
- Track your bookings under My Bookings, and keep services you like under Saved.
Verified professionals
As we say on the Services page: "All service providers on Airsoko go through our verification process. Book with confidence knowing you're working with trusted professionals."
Tips for booking
- Read the description carefully and check what the starting price covers.
- Confirm location and timing before booking.
- Ask questions first for larger jobs.
- Use Messages so your conversation is recorded on the platform.
For service providers
If you offer a service, we give you a place to be found:
- Select Offer a Service or Post Service.
- Sign in and apply as a poster via Become a Poster.
- Describe your service, choose a category and type, set your location and starting price.
- Submit for review. As our pricing page sets out, the flow is submit, approval, then pay and publish.
- Manage your work under My Services and Bookings.
Our pricing page lists the current posting fee for On-Demand Services and an optional Featured Listing upgrade that places your service at the top with a featured badge.
Tips for providers
- Be specific about what you do and what the starting price includes.
- Show your work with real photos where relevant.
- Respond quickly to enquiries and booking requests.
- Set the right location so nearby customers find you.
- Keep commitments. Reviews and reputation travel fast.
How Services fits into Airsoko+
Airsoko+ brings together jobs, tenders, events, listings and services, plus Messages for direct communication between users and providers and a Wallet. If you are a freelancer, you might use Services for your offering and also browse Jobs or Tenders for bigger opportunities.
An example: booking a web designer
For example, say Halima runs a bakery and wants a simple website. She opens Services, filters by IT & Programming, and finds a bookable web design service with a starting price and a clear description. She messages the provider to confirm what the starting price includes and how long it will take, then books. She tracks the job under My Bookings, and after it is delivered she leaves an honest review to help the next customer.
What makes a strong service listing
- A specific title, for example "Home plumbing repairs in Kisumu" rather than "Plumber".
- What is included in the starting price, and what costs extra.
- Typical turnaround time.
- Your service area or whether you work remotely.
- Photos of previous work where relevant.
- How to prepare, for example what the customer should have ready before you arrive.
Building repeat business
Many services are recurring: cleaning, tutoring, fitness and beauty appointments. Deliver well, communicate clearly and customers will come back and recommend you.

Posting fees and the optional Featured Listing upgrade for services are listed on our pricing page. A featured badge places your service at the top, which can help when you are new and have no reviews yet. Check the page for current amounts before you post.
Skills, booked with confidence
On-Demand Services connects customers with verified professionals across categories from home repairs to IT, with bookable, contact-only and digital options. Customers book with confidence, and providers get a free-to-browse shop window for their skills.
