Reviews, Ratings and Product Q&A on Airsoko: How Feedback Builds Trust

Our product and store pages show ratings, reviews and Q&A, and shoppers can report problem listings. Sellers manage it all from our dashboard. Here is how each piece works.

When shoppers cannot touch a product, they rely on other people's experiences. Reviews, ratings and questions are the marketplace version of asking a friend. Reviews and ratings are among the seller tools on our Sell page, because they help sellers build trust with authentic reviews, respond to feedback and improve their seller rating.

Here is how feedback works on Airsoko for shoppers and sellers.

Ratings and reviews

We show ratings in two places:

  • Product pages, with a Reviews tab showing the number of reviews and the product's rating.
  • Store pages, with the store's rating and review count near the name, and a Reviews tab.

For shoppers

  • Read several reviews, not just the star rating.
  • Look for detail, such as sizing, durability and delivery experience.
  • Leave your own honest review after delivery. It helps the next shopper and rewards good sellers.

Product Q&A

Each product page has a Q&A tab. Shoppers can ask questions about a product, and answers are shown so others benefit too. It is ideal for questions such as "Does this fit a 15-inch laptop?" or "Is the charger included?".

Reporting a problem listing

Product pages include a Problems with this product? Report link. Use it if a listing looks misleading, counterfeit or otherwise problematic. We take these issues seriously, and our Sanction Policy covers inaccurate listings, counterfeits and unauthorised products.

For sellers: managing feedback in the dashboard

Our seller dashboard at admin.airsoko.com has a section for each type of feedback. Screen names may change over time.

Reviews

Under Products > Reviews you can see reviews, including any review photos, and reply to a review. Reviews have a status, and there are moderation actions such as approve, reject and mark as spam.

Product Q&A

Under Products > Questions you can see questions, their votes and status, and write an answer. Answers can be published or unpublished.

Reported products

Under Products > Reports you can see listings in your shop that customers have reported, with the reason and status. Use reports as an early warning and fix issues before they grow.

Product views

Under Products > Views you can see storefront view counts for your products. A product with many views but few sales may need better photos, a clearer description or a price review.

Responding well

  • Reply to negative reviews calmly, acknowledge the problem and offer a fix through proper channels.
  • Thank customers for positive reviews.
  • Answer questions quickly, and update the listing if the same question keeps coming.
  • Never post fake reviews or pressure customers. Authentic feedback is what makes reviews valuable.

Why feedback matters for your store

Our Seller Agreement sets Quality of Service standards defined in the Seller Admin ratings system, and failing to meet them is among the reasons a seller can be removed. Reviews and ratings are not just marketing. They are part of how store quality is measured.

Turning feedback into improvements

  1. Group recurring comments by theme: sizing, packaging, delivery, quality.
  2. Fix the root cause: update descriptions, improve packaging or change suppliers.
  3. Track the effect in later reviews.

An example: a question that improved a listing

For example, say a seller of laptop bags keeps getting the same Q&A question: "Will a 15.6-inch laptop fit?" She answers each one, then adds the internal dimensions and a clear line to the description: "Fits most laptops up to 15.6 inches." The questions drop, returns for "too small" stop, and new reviews mention that the bag fits perfectly. Feedback became a better listing.

Writing a helpful review as a shopper

  • Describe what you bought and how you use it.
  • Mention fit, quality and delivery experience.
  • Add photos where the option is available.
  • Be fair: separate product issues from delivery issues.
  • Update your review if a seller resolves a problem.

Moderation and fairness

We provide review moderation tools to remove spam and abusive content, not to hide honest criticism. Treat critical but fair reviews as useful feedback, reply politely, and let your responses show future shoppers how you treat customers. Honest feedback, good and bad, is what makes ratings meaningful.

Feedback builds trust

Ratings, reviews, Q&A, reports and view counts give our shoppers the information to buy with confidence, and give sellers a clear picture of what customers think.
