Airsoko’s return policies and how to manage refunds

Overview

Airsoko allows buyers to return products under certain conditions. This guide covers how to handle return requests and issue refunds when necessary.

How to Manage Returns

  1. Log into your Seller Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the “Returns” section.
  3. Review the return request and the reason provided by the buyer.
  4. Accept or reject the return based on Airsoko’s return policy.

Issuing Refunds

If a return is accepted, you can issue a refund through the "Payments" section of your dashboard. Airsoko will notify the buyer once the refund is processed.

Important Notes

Make sure to review Airsoko’s return policy to avoid any disputes with buyers.

Get paid by M-Pesa, cards and wallets, safely.
