Paysasa TeamUpdated 23 Apr 2026

Before you start setting up your Xduka store, you need to create a Xduka account and add business information for your store. You don't need to include every detail right away, but be sure to add the following items:

  • Store name
  • Legal business name and address
  • Store time zone
  • Default store currency
  • Default weight unit

Create your Xduka account

Create a Xduka account to start setting up your store. You'll need to enter a valid email address and a password.

During account creation, you can create amyxduka.com domain name, which looks something like this: allshoes.my.xduka.com. You use this domain to log in to your store. This domain name is also considered to be your store's primary domain by default, although you can buy a custom domain to replace your myxduka.com domain as the web address that customers use to visit your store.

Set or change your online store name and contact information

Your online store name is the name that's displayed on every page of your website.

  1. From your Xduka admin, go to Settings.
  2. Click Store details.
  3. In the Profile section, click Edit.
  4. Enter your online store name and legal business name.
  5. Click Save.

Your legal name and business address displays on your bill. With the correct name and address listed on your Xduka bill, you might be able to claim Xduka as a business expense.

  1. From your Xduka admin, go to Settings.
  2. Click Store details.
  3. In the Billing information section, click Edit.
  4. Enter your legal name and business address, and then click Save.

Set or change your store time zone

  1. From your Xduka admin, go to Settings.
  2. Click Store details.
  3. In the Time zone and units of measurement section, from the Time zone list, select a new time zone.
  4. Click Save.

Select a store currency

In the Store details settings page of your Xduka admin, you can choose which currency your store uses (for example, USD, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY).

Set or change your store's default weight unit

You can choose from the following default units of weight:

  • Pounds (lb) - Imperial system
  • Ounces (oz) - Imperial system
  • Kilograms (kg) - Metric system
  • Grams (g) - Metric system

Choose the weight unit that is most appropriate for your business. This is just the default value, and can be edited on a product-by-product basis later on.

  1. From your Xduka admin, go to Settings.
  2. Click Store details.
  3. In the Time zone and units of measurement section, use the Default weight unit drop-down menu to select the weight unit of your choice.
  4. Click Save.

Choosing a new my.xduka.com domain name

Steps:

  1. From your Xduka admin, go to Settings > Domains.
  2. On the Domains page, click Change to a new my.xduka.com domain next to your default domain name.
  3. Enter a new name, and then click Add domain.
