Logging in to Xduka

You can log in to your account using your internet browser on a desktop device

If you've logged in to your store on the same device before, then your store might already be listed on the login page. You can log in by selecting your store, and you aren't prompted to enter your email address.

Steps:

1. Go to the Xduka login page.
2. Enter your email address that's associated to your account or use one of the login services to log in.
3. Enter your password, and then click Log in.
4. If you have multiple stores associated to your account, then select the store that you want to access. 

Log in to multiple Xduka accounts

You can log in to multiple accounts using a tablet or mobile device. You can't log in to multiple accounts on a desktop device, you can only switch between different accounts.

After you log in to an account, it becomes your active account and you can switch between your accounts.

Recover your Xduka login details

If you forget your account password, then you can reset your password.

If you forget the email address that's associated with your account, then contact Xduka Support.

If you need to update the email address that's associated with your account to log in, then contact Support.

Log out of Xduka account

1. From your Xduka admin, click your account name at the top right corner.
2. Click Log out.
