To request a return or replacement for any order, it must be done within 10 days of receiving the product. However, if the package is damaged, missing, empty, or contains the wrong product, the request should be made within 2 days of receiving it. Refunds or replacements will only be initiated once the product has been received by us. The availability of the product will determine whether a replacement can be provided. Please note that if the product was damaged while it was in your possession, Airsoko will not be liable to process a refund or replacement. You can request an order replacement in the following situations:
- Wrong size, color, style, or quantity.
- Missing parts, accessories, or empty packages.
- Defective or damaged items (if not covered by the manufacturer's warranty).
- Items that do not match the descriptions provided. The return package should include the original price tag and packaging slip. Please be aware that some products are non-returnable. Refer to the product page for further details. For products covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you must visit the brand service center.
