People increasingly discover products by scrolling, not searching. We built the Airsoko Community Feed to bring that experience into our marketplace. Our tagline for it is simple: "Discover and shop."
What is the Community Feed?
The Feed is a stream of posts from Airsoko accounts and stores. Posts can be images, text or video, and many include tagged products with their names and prices, so you can go from inspiration to product page in a tap.
The Feed is also one of the shortcuts in our bottom navigation, alongside Home, Plus, Wishlist and Categories.
Ways to browse
You will find several tabs:
- Browse Feeds, for posts from across the community.
- Following, for posts from accounts you follow.
- Video Clips, for short videos, shown as "Video Snap" posts.
- Create, to make your own post.
- My Feeds, for posts you have published.
What posts look like
A typical post shows the account name and handle, the date, the content (an image, text or video), hashtags and a row of tagged products with prices. Each post shows likes and comments and has a Share button.
For shoppers
The Feed is a relaxed way to shop:
- Get ideas. See how products look styled or in use.
- Discover stores you might not have found through search.
- Shop directly from tagged products.
- Share posts with friends who might like them.
Product pages still hold the full details, so open the product before you buy to check condition, delivery and returns.
For sellers
For our sellers, the Feed is a free shop window inside our marketplace:
- Show products in context with photos and short videos.
- Tag several products in one post to create a look or a bundle idea.
- Use hashtags so your posts are easier to find.
- Build followers who see your new posts in their Following tab.
Tips for posts that work
- Lead with a strong image or the first seconds of video.
- Keep captions short and conversational. A little humour or Sheng can go a long way with the right audience.
- Tag the products you show, with accurate prices.
- Post consistently rather than in rare bursts.
- Respond to comments promptly and politely.
Feed and Loop
Airsoko Loop promoters can also promote on Feeds. Our Loop page includes a "Promote on Feeds" option, which makes the Feed a natural place for Loopers to share products they earn commission on.
Keep it honest
The same rules that apply to listings apply to posts. Show products as they really are, use accurate prices and avoid exaggerated claims. Trust built in the Feed carries over to your store.
An example: a fashion store's week
For example, picture a small fashion store that posts on the Feed three times a week. On Monday, a styled photo of a dress with matching shoes, both tagged. On Wednesday, a short video snap showing the fabric up close. On Friday, a "weekend look" post tagging three items. The store replies to every comment and watches which posts lead to product views. Over time, the Following tab fills with shoppers who see each new post, and the store learns which styles its audience loves.
What makes a post work
- One clear idea per post: a look, a product in use, a deal or a new arrival.
- Real photos or video rather than only stock images.
- Accurate tagged products so shoppers land on the right listing.
- A short, friendly caption with a clear invitation, for example "Tap to shop".
- Relevant hashtags such as the product type or occasion.
Community etiquette
- Be respectful in comments, even with critics.
- Do not spam the same post repeatedly.
- Do not post products you cannot deliver.
- Keep prices and claims accurate.
Why discovery matters
Search works when you already know what you want. The Feed works when you do not. Many shoppers find new stores, styles and products simply by scrolling, which is why it is worth both shoppers' and sellers' time.
Getting started on the Feed
- Open the Feed from the bottom navigation.
- Browse posts and video clips.
- Follow accounts whose posts you enjoy.
- Tap tagged products to open their pages.
- When you are ready, use Create to share your own post.

The Community Feed turns our marketplace into a place to scroll, discover and shop, with posts and video snaps that link straight to products. Shoppers get inspiration, and sellers get a free stage to show what they sell.
