Overview
After placing an order on Airsoko, you will receive an order confirmation email, and the status of your order will be updated in your account. This guide helps you understand the different statuses and what they mean.
Order Statuses Explained
- Pending: Your order has been received and is awaiting payment confirmation.
- Processing: The seller is preparing your order for shipment.
- Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is on its way.
- Delivered: Your order has arrived at the delivery address.
- Canceled: Your order was canceled, either by you or due to an issue with payment or stock availability.
Order Confirmation Email
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
