We built Airsoko as an all-in-one online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We operate primarily in Kenya, and as our About page explains, we launched in November 2022 with the mission of becoming an all-in-one marketplace for commerce and trade across Africa.
We are part of Neftac Group, alongside our sister platforms Xduka and Paysasa. Here is a quick tour of what you can find on Airsoko today.
For shoppers
The heart of Airsoko is shopping. On www.airsoko.com you can browse departments such as fashion, beauty, electronics, phones, home and kitchen, books, baby and kids, sport, garden and pets.
Shopper-friendly features include:
- Deals and campaigns. Flash Deals, Clearance and store Coupons.
- Gift cards. Stored-value gift cards redeemable across Airsoko stores.
- Store directories. Stores with verified labels and Official Stores for brands and manufacturers.
- Wishlist, cart and order tracking. Save items, check out and track orders.
- Payment options. We accept M-PESA, PayPal and Visa or MasterCard, as listed on our Payment Options page.
- Returns and support. Our published Returns Policy and a Help & Support page with tickets and live chat.
- Airsoko Prime. A membership offering free delivery on eligible orders, member deals and priority support. Plans are listed on the Prime page.
For sellers
Airsoko is also a place to sell. Creating an account and listing products is free, and we charge a commission when you make a sale (details on our Sell page). You manage your store from our seller dashboard at admin.airsoko.com.
What you get as a seller:
- A storefront on Airsoko with branding, collections, coupons, reviews and an About section.
- Fulfilment choices. Ship yourself, or use Airsoko Fulfillment Services (AFS) where we store, pick, pack and deliver for you.
- Weekly payouts. We pay out every Wednesday for the previous week's sales, to M-PESA or bank, with monthly options available. Our Sell page and Finance Guidelines have the details.
- Marketing tools such as coupons, promotions and ads.
- Clear policies in our Seller Resources hub: agreement, commission structure, packaging guidelines, SLA and sanction policy.
Airsoko+: beyond products
Airsoko+ brings together jobs, tenders, events and ticketing, a classified listings marketplace and on-demand services. Posting fees and featured upgrades are listed on our pricing page.
For businesses buying in bulk
Airsoko Business is a B2B wholesale marketplace where buyers post requests for quotation (RFQs), compare supplier quotes, negotiate and generate Local Purchase Orders.
Earn by sharing with Loop
Airsoko Loop lets people promote products from our sellers with a personal link and earn commission on resulting sales, without holding stock.
Reading and community
- Pinttle Books offers ebooks, including public domain classics and works by independent authors, linked from our homepage.
- The Community Feed shows posts and video snaps from stores, often with tagged products.
Part of our Neftac Group family
Our About page introduces our sister platforms:
- Xduka POS: our point-of-sale system for shops, covering the till, inventory, multiple stores and a branded online storefront, with payment collections through Paysasa.
- Paysasa: a payment gateway supporting M-PESA, PayPal and card transactions. Within Neftac Group we also call Paysasa Airsoko Pay.

- First-time shopper: create an account, add your address and browse Flash Deals or a favourite department.
- Small business owner: read the Sell page, then the Seller Resources hub, and sign up at the seller dashboard.
- Seller who hates packing: look at AFS.
- Someone with an item to sell once: try Listings.
- Freelancer or tradesperson: list on Services and browse Jobs.
- Business buyer: post an RFQ on Airsoko Business.
- Content creator: join Loop and share products you like.
Keeping trust at the centre
Across all of these, we publish our rules openly: a Returns Policy for shoppers, and a Seller Agreement, Seller SLA and Sanction Policy for sellers. Reading the ones that apply to you is the quickest way to understand how our marketplace works.
