Buying works in four steps:
- Browse and search wholesale products across B2B categories.
- Request for Quote. Submit an RFQ specifying quantity, budget and delivery timeline, and suppliers are notified.
- Negotiate and compare. Receive multiple quotes, compare them side by side, and chat with suppliers to finalise pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs) and terms.
- Order and track. Generate a Local Purchase Order (LPO) and track fulfilment from confirmation to delivery.
Product listings show wholesale prices per unit with an MOQ, and items from verified suppliers carry a Verified label.
For suppliers: reach serious buyers
The supplier journey has four steps too:
- Register and verify. Create a business profile and get a verified badge.
- List products and pricing. Add a wholesale catalogue with tier-based pricing, MOQs, volume discounts and delivery terms.
- Receive and respond. Get RFQ notifications, send quotes, negotiate and close deals on the platform.
- Grow and scale. Fulfil orders, collect reviews and use analytics to understand demand.
Suppliers can also browse Open RFQs to see what buyers are looking for and respond with offers.

Tips for getting good quotes
- Be specific. Describe the product, grade, size and packaging you need.
- State realistic quantities and budgets so suppliers can price properly.
- Include delivery location and timeline.
- Compare total cost, including delivery, not just unit price.
- Check supplier verification and reviews before you commit.
An example: a restaurant restocks
For example, say a small restaurant in Eldoret needs aluminium foil, packing bags and cleaning supplies every month. Instead of calling several suppliers, the owner posts an RFQ on Airsoko Business with quantities, a budget and a delivery date. Three suppliers respond. The owner compares the quotes side by side, chats with two of them about delivery terms, picks the best overall offer and generates an LPO. Next month, the same supplier relationship makes reordering quicker.
Tips for suppliers responding to RFQs
- Respond quickly. Buyers often decide among the first good offers.
- Quote the full picture: unit price, MOQ, delivery cost and timeline.
