If you shop on Airsoko often, delivery fees and missed deals add up. We designed Airsoko Prime as a membership for frequent shoppers: fast delivery and exclusive deals in one membership, billed on the plan you choose.
What Prime includes
Membership includes:
- Free same-day and next-day delivery on eligible items, with no minimum order for Prime members.
- Member-only deals and prices, including Prime-only lightning deals.
- Early access to sales, so members can shop flash sales, seasonal events and launches before they open to everyone.
- Priority customer support through a dedicated Prime support line.
- Extended returns and protection on Prime-eligible items.
We also have an entertainment benefit coming soon.
How Prime delivery works
As a member you get free delivery on eligible products and can choose from same-day, next-day or scheduled delivery depending on your location. Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu for eligible products ordered before the cutoff time, with next-day delivery in additional towns.
Not every product qualifies. Most products sold by Airsoko and by Prime-eligible sellers do, and you can look for the Prime badge on product listings to confirm eligibility.
Plans and pricing
We show plans live on the Prime page from your Airsoko account, and you pick the billing cycle that suits you. Because plans can change, check the page for current pricing rather than relying on a figure you saw elsewhere.
You get a free trial when you sign up, and you can cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel during a free trial you will not be charged, and after cancellation benefits continue until the end of your billing period.

- Shop with Prime benefits. Browse and look for Prime-eligible items.
- Save every time you shop through free delivery, member prices and early access.
Is Prime right for you?
Prime tends to make most sense if you:
- Order regularly, so free delivery on eligible orders adds up.
- Live in or near areas with fast delivery, such as the cities listed in our Prime FAQ.
- Like to catch sales early, for example during flash deal campaigns.
- Value faster support when something needs sorting out.
If you shop occasionally, you can still enjoy our regular deals, coupons and flash deals without a membership.
Prime and sellers
Prime eligibility depends on the product and seller. Sellers interested in faster delivery for their products may want to look at Airsoko Fulfillment Services (AFS), where we store, pack and deliver orders for you.

Getting the most from Prime
- Filter your thinking by the badge. Before adding to cart, check for the Prime badge so you know delivery is included.
- Group orders sensibly. With no minimum order for eligible items, you do not need to pad your cart to avoid fees.
- Watch for early-access sales. Members can shop flash sales and seasonal events before others.
- Use priority support if an order needs attention.
- Review your membership from your account from time to time to make sure the plan still suits how you shop.

Read the plan details on the Prime page, note when the trial ends, and set a reminder to review it.

Prime works alongside our other ways to save. Members can still use store coupons where eligible, browse Flash Deals and Clearance, and use gift cards. Combine free delivery on eligible items with these offers and the savings can add up over a year of regular shopping.
