Your shop has a name, a look and a reputation. When customers receive an invoice or visit your online store, they should see your business. We built branding controls into Xduka POS so your store looks professional everywhere it appears.
What is available
As our Xduka POS features page shows, you can:
- Set a custom PWA / app icon and brand colour for your team.
- Manage store settings for domains, branding, tax and receipts.
- Produce store-branded invoices, with print and PDF versions that include your logo and payment references.
- Present your logo, name and description on your online storefront.
- Control your store slug and domain routing for the storefront.

Your icon on every staff device
You can install Xduka POS as an app on phones, tablets and computers. With a custom app icon, the installed app shows your brand on the home screen of every staff device. It is a small detail, but it makes the system feel like part of your business, and it helps staff find the right app quickly on a shared device.
A brand colour for your team
Choosing a brand colour lets you match the interface to your business identity. For a chain of stores, that consistency helps reinforce a single brand across every branch.
Professional, store-branded documents
Invoices are often the first formal document a business customer sees from you. We produce store-branded print and PDF invoices in Xduka POS, with your logo and payment references. Combined with line items, tax, notes, due dates and partial payment history, they give a professional impression that a handwritten invoice book cannot match.
When customers open an invoice link sent by SMS or email, they see a branded invoice page where they can review the bill and pay the balance online.
Your storefront, your identity
We give every Xduka POS store a public-facing storefront at its own URL, such as yourstore.xduka.com. The storefront home shows your store logo, name, description and live product catalogue, along with store information and contact details.

Getting your branding right
A few practical tips:
- Use a clear, simple logo. Small icons on phone screens need bold shapes.
- Pick a colour with good contrast. Text and buttons should stay easy to read.
- Write a short store description. Say what you sell and where you are.
- Keep contact details up to date so online shoppers can reach you.
- Print a test invoice and receipt before you start sending them to customers.
Why branding matters for small businesses
Branding is not only for big companies. A consistent, professional look:
- Builds trust with new customers, especially online.
- Makes invoices more likely to be taken seriously and paid on time.
- Helps staff feel part of a real organisation.
- Makes your business easier to remember and recommend.
Quick checklist
- Prepare a square, simple logo that reads well at small sizes.
- Choose a brand colour with good contrast.
- Fill in your store description and contact details.
- Set receipt options and invoicing prefixes, payment instructions and legal footer.
- Install the app on a staff device and check the icon.
- Print a test invoice and receipt, and open your storefront on a phone.
Branding across multiple stores
If you run more than one store, decide early whether each location carries the same brand or its own. A chain usually benefits from one consistent logo, colour and style across every branch, so customers recognise it wherever they are. Separate businesses under one owner may prefer distinct identities. Either way, keep store descriptions, contact details and receipt settings accurate for each location, since customers rely on them.
