If you need to close or deactivate your seller account, this guide provides the steps to follow.

Steps to Deactivate Your Account

1. Log in to your Seller Dashboard.
2. Navigate to “Account Settings.”
3. Click on “Deactivate Account.”
4. Follow the prompts to confirm the deactivation.

Important Notes

Before deactivating, ensure that all pending transactions are completed, and any active listings are removed. Once deactivated, you will no longer have access to your account.
