Temporarily pausing your store for holidays or breaks.

Overview

If you need to take a break or go on vacation, setting your store to Vacation Mode will temporarily pause operations. This guide explains how to activate Vacation Mode.

Steps to Set Vacation Mode

  1. Log in to your Seller Dashboard.
  2. Go to “Store Settings.”
  3. Click on “Vacation Mode.”
  4. Set the start and end dates for your vacation period.
  5. Save your settings.

Important Notes

During Vacation Mode, customers will see a notification that your store is temporarily closed. Ensure that all pending orders are processed before activating Vacation Mode.
