Tracking your Airsoko order is simple. Whether fulfilled by Airsoko FBA or shipped directly by a seller, you can monitor your order's progress in real time.
Steps to Track Your Shipment
- Login to Your Airsoko Account: Visit the Airsoko platform and log in.
- Go to My Orders: Under your profile, click on the “My Orders” tab to view your purchase history.
- View Shipment Details: Select the specific order to see whether it's being fulfilled by Airsoko FBA or shipped by the seller.
- For FBA Orders: You'll receive real-time tracking through Airsoko’s system, with regular updates from dispatch to delivery.
- For Seller-Shipped Orders: The seller will provide tracking details through their own logistics provider, which you can view in the order details.
