How to Request an Exchange for a Product.
OverviewIf you prefer to exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund, Airsoko offers an exchange process for eligible items.
Steps to Request an Exchange
- Log in to Your Account: Visit the Airsoko website or app and sign in.
- Go to My Orders: Select the item you want to exchange.
- Request Exchange: Choose the "Request Exchange" option and specify the reason (e.g., wrong size, color, or defect).
- Exchange Approval: Wait for approval, after which you’ll be provided with instructions to return the original item and receive the replacement.
Exchange Conditions
- Same Product: Exchanges are typically only available for the same product (e.g., different size or color).
- Shipping Costs: For certain exchanges, there may be additional shipping fees depending on the item and seller.
Next Steps
Once approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you, and you can track its progress under "My Orders."
