Steps to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to Your Airsoko Account: Visit the Airsoko website or app and sign in.
  2. Go to My Orders: Find the "My Orders" section under your profile.
  3. Select the Item: Choose the order or product you wish to return.
  4. Click 'Request Return': Provide a reason for the return, such as wrong item, damaged product, or not as described.
  5. Submit Your Request: Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation, and further instructions will follow.

Return Instructions
