A great listing is the foundation of every sale. This guide walks through adding a product in our seller dashboard at admin.airsoko.com, section by section.
Field names below are from our seller dashboard and may change. Not every field applies to every product, so fill in what is relevant.
Step 1: Open the product form
- Sign in to admin.airsoko.com.
- Go to Products.
- Choose to add a new product.
Step 2: Title and description
- Name. A clear title with brand, product type and the key specification, for example capacity or size.
- Description. A short introduction, bullet-point features, specifications and what is included.
There is also an option to add features and specifications as structured properties.
Step 3: Media

Upload your product images in the Media section. Put the main front-facing photo first, then angles, close-ups, contents and scale shots. Clear photos reduce questions and returns.
Step 4: Pricing
- Price. What the shopper pays.
- Compare-at price. An optional original price, shown when an item is discounted.
- Cost per item. Your own cost, useful for understanding margins. It is not shown to shoppers.
- Charge tax on this product, if applicable.
Before setting prices, check our Commission Structure so your price covers commission, packaging and delivery.
Step 5: Inventory
- SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and Barcode (ISBN, UPC, GTIN and similar).
- Track quantity and enter the Quantity available.
- Continue selling when out of stock, only if you can genuinely fulfil back orders.
- Minimum purchase quantity and Unit (for example piece or KG).
Accurate quantities matter. Our Sanction Policy advises sellers to set quantity to zero if they cannot fulfil an order, because cancellations for reasons like "out of stock" are penalised.
Step 6: Variants
If the product comes in different sizes, colours or other options, tick This product has options, like size or colour. Add an option name, such as Size, and its values, such as S, M and L. Each variant can then have its own price, SKU and quantity.
Step 7: Shipping and fulfilment
- Tick This is a physical product for goods that need delivery.
- Enter the Weight and weight unit.
- In Fulfillment & storage, choose whether you ship the product yourself or use Airsoko Fulfillment Services (AFS), and select a preferred AFS warehouse where applicable.
Step 8: Product organisation

- Product status, for example active or draft.
- Global category (marketplace) so shoppers find it in the right department.
- Shop category, optional, for your own store navigation.
- Brand, condition, product type, tags and collections.
Condition must be accurate. Selling used or refurbished items as new is a serious violation under our policies.
Step 9: Marketing options
The product form includes optional marketing settings, such as enabling the product for Airsoko Loop so affiliates can promote it, and options related to deals.
Step 10: Search engine listing
Add an SEO title and SEO description that describe the product clearly. This helps search engines show your product well.
Step 11: Sales channels and publishing
Under Sales channels, choose where the product appears, then save. Open the product page on www.airsoko.com to check it looks right.
Digital products
If you sell digital goods, the form includes options to attach digital download files, shared across all variants or specific to one variant. Remember that our Returns Policy treats opened digital downloads as non-returnable unless defective or not as described, so describe the file clearly.
After publishing
- Review the product page as a shopper would.
- Answer questions in the product Q&A.
- Watch product views and reviews in the Products area.
- Update stock as you sell, especially if you also sell offline.
Common listing mistakes
- Vague titles such as "Nice shoes".
- One low-quality photo.
- Wrong condition or missing unit.
- Stock quantity left at a guess rather than the real number.
- Separate listings for each size instead of using variants.
- Missing weight, which can affect delivery calculations.
- Copying another seller's photos or text. Our Seller Agreement requires that you own or have the right to use content you upload.
Brands and collections
If you sell branded goods, set the Brand field so shoppers can filter and trust the listing. Add products to Collections so they appear in the right "Shop by collection" sections on your store page.
Make the first few count
A complete listing has a clear title, honest description, good photos, the right price, accurate stock, correct condition and shipping details. Take time on your first few products and the rest become routine.
