New to Airsoko? Welcome. This guide walks you through creating an account, setting up your details and placing your first order, step by step.
Step 1: Create your account
- Go to www.airsoko.com and select Sign in / Join at the top of the page.
- Choose to create an account. Our sign-up page asks for your first name, last name, email address, phone number and a password.
- Alternatively, choose SignUp with Google to use your Google account.
- Complete sign-up and sign in.
Signing in gives you personalised recommendations, order tracking and faster checkout.
Choose a strong password
Use a password you do not use anywhere else. You can change it later from your account. Our Help Centre has a Change Password quick link.
Step 2: Set up your addresses and profile
Before your first purchase, add the address where you want orders delivered:
- Open My account.
- Go to your Shipping Address settings and add your delivery address. This is where you manage and add shipping and billing addresses.
- Check your profile details under Edit Profile, including your phone number, so couriers can reach you.
Step 3: Find what you want
There are several ways to discover products:
- Search using the bar at the top of every page.
- Browse departments such as Fashion, Beauty, Electronics, Home and Kitchen, Books and more, or tap Categories in the bottom navigation.
- Check deals on Flash Deals, Clearance and Coupons.
- Browse stores on the Stores and Official Stores pages.
Found something you like but not ready to buy? Tap Save on the product page to keep it in your Wishlist.
Step 4: Check the product page
Before adding to cart, check:
- Price and any discount.
- Condition, unit and minimum order.
- Availability.
- Who ships it and where from.
- Ship To: choose your delivery location to see a delivery estimate.
- Description, reviews and Q&A.
Step 5: Add to cart and check out
- Choose the quantity and select Add to Cart, or Buy Now to go straight to checkout.
- Open your cart to review items and quantities.
- Proceed to checkout and confirm your delivery address and delivery option. As our Shipping Options page explains, delivery times and fees vary by option and destination, and we outline them at checkout.
- If you have a coupon code, apply it at checkout.
- Choose your payment method. We accept M-PESA, PayPal and Visa or MasterCard, as listed on our Payment Options page.
- Confirm and pay. Keep your order confirmation; it contains your order number.
Step 6: Track your order
- Use Manage Orders in your account to see your orders.
- Or use the Track Your Order page and enter your tracking number or order ID.
Step 7: When your order arrives
- Inspect the package and check the item against the listing.
- Keep packaging and accessories for a while in case you need to return something. See our Returns Policy.
- Leave a review to help other shoppers.

Tips for new shoppers
- Turn on deals in your inbox by subscribing to our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage.
- Follow stores you like from their store pages.
- Consider Airsoko Prime if you plan to shop often; it offers free delivery on eligible orders.
Keep your account secure
- Use a unique password and change it if you think it has been exposed.
- Never share one-time codes or PINs with anyone, including people claiming to be support.
- Sign out on shared devices, such as cyber café computers.
- Check Account Notices in your account for warnings or important messages. You will find it as a quick link in our Help Centre.
- Keep your email address current so order confirmations reach you. You can change it under the Change Email Address option.
New user benefits
